In this way, there is no management or punishment in drinking and selling liquor in India, but some government rules have been made to do the same,
which if you do not obey, then this work will be considered as illegal for you and for this you will also get punishment, and will pay penalty also!
Like you cannot drink alcohol in public place! If you are caught doing this, then
a legal action will be taken against you! To sell liquor, first you have to get permission from the state government and over it, you need to get a license for this! Only
then you can open your shop.

तोह आप पे क़ानूनी करवाई की जाएगी ! शराब बेचने क लिए पहले आपको राज्य सर्कार से अनुमति लेना पड़ेगा ओवर आपको इसके लिए लाइसेंस बनबना जरूरी है ! तभी आप आपका शारब की दुकान खोल सकते हो !

Every state government in India has made some rules that everyone who opens a liquor shop has to follow! Every state has an "excise department", which gives different licenses for the liquor store! You can open your liquor shop only after getting a license!
